Think about what the goal of pservers was. Pservers aimed to be better than Joymax. Joymax failed the community. Show everything that makes your server better than isro. Customer Support. Reasonable XP rates. Active+rewarding jobbing. A funny and longterm endgame with stuff like PvE dungeons (godsend, fgw) and automated events.
