Anytime i use Skill Relocation scroll i got DC Im still thinking EU are really OP, its almost impossible vs Warlock and debuffs, CH has not resist Force buffs almost never debuff EU, only the first 2 or 3 ... Warlock has much more % of success CH chars are really weak, need to check that pls ... if not gonna be only EU chars
