Clash of Guilds - Update 6

Electus Online – Weekly Update #6

1. SOX Progression & Drop System Rework

SOX ecosystem refined to improve long-term balance and tier accessibility.

  • Level 101–110 monsters now drop 20% more Nova, helping late-joiners and lower-geared players close the gap with top-end geared players.
  • SOA and SOM are added to monsters (No Weapons).
    Nova 85%
    SOA 10%
    SOM 5%
  • Discord IntegrationSOA & SOM drops are now visible in #sox-drops channel.

2. New Talisman Collections: (SOA - SOM Weapons)

SOA & SOM weapon quests are added to Quest NPC (New Talisman Card Collections)

  • Nova Weapon Card Drops: Medium (No edits, only information)
  • SOA Weapon Card Drops: Medium - Rare
  • SOM Weapon Card Drops: Rare

SOA Talisman – Flame Collection

  • Talismans will drop from Jupiter 1* , 2* and 3*
  • 1* has lowest rare talisman drop ratio.
  • 2* has medium rare talisman drop ratio.
  • 3* has highest rare talisman drop ratio.

SOM Talisman – Shipwreck Collection

  • Talismans will drop from Jupiter 1* , 2* and 3*
  • 1* has lowest rare talisman drop ratio.
  • 2* has medium rare talisman drop ratio.
  • 3* has highest rare talisman drop ratio.

3. New Upgrader Scroll System

An ''Alternative'' grind-based upgrade system for controlled SOX progression. Originally suggested by the community on Discord #game-suggestion channel, accepted by administration and shaped by community poll = end result as below:

Intended Update: NPC +9 > Nova > Soa > Som
After Polls/Feedback: NPC +9 > Nova > Soa (No SOA > SOM Upgrade)
SOA > SOM Upgraders may be available in the future (after 2-4 weeks, no ETA, no guarantee).

  • Upgrader Scroll Types:
  • Weapon/Shield Upgrader (Tradeable + Untradeable versions)
  • Gear/Accessory Upgrader (Tradeable + Untradeable versions)

Weapon & Shield Upgrader Scroll

  • Requirement: +9 or higher (adv/non-adv doesn’t matter, checks current plus).
  • Compatible: NPC / Nova weapons & shields.
  • Upgrade path: NPC → Nova → SOA
  • Result is a completely clean next-tier item (0% stat, no blues, no adv, no sockets, default skin/glow).
  • Note: Item stats / blues / sockets / plus / skin / glow will be removed during upgrade.

Gear & Accessory Upgrader Scroll

  • Requirement: +8 or higher (adv/non-adv doesn’t matter, checks current plus).
  • Compatible: NPC / Nova / SOA gear & accessories.
  • Upgrade path: NPC → Nova → SOA
  • Result: Clean next-tier item (0% stat, no blues, no adv, no sockets).

How to get Upgrader Scrolls
You can choose between Gold, Silk, FreeSilk. Scrolls available in all methods.

  • Electus Shop (Item section): Tradeable versions added.
  • Item Mall: Tradeable versions added.
  • FreeSilk Shop (Expendables): Untradeable versions added.

Admin Note:Since upgrade scrolls completely reset an item (including Plus, Advanced attributes, sockets, etc.), the upgrade system will remain a partial and limited method of progression. As a result, upgrades will account for only a minor portion of the total Nova–SOA supply on the server.

Monster drops, FGW, and Dungeon rewards will continue to be the primary sources, collectively providing at least 95%+ of all SOX items.
    Expected Nova-SOA Supply;
    90% : Monster Drops
6-7%   : Play-to-Win Case (Explained in the next patch note)
    3-4%   : Upgraded Items

  • A reminder for the SOX Values;
    NPC +4 = Nova +2 = SOA +1 = SOM +0
The difference between each sox is tiny - specifically to keep the game balanced between top-players and lower-geared players providing a long-term playable environment.

Would you upgrade your +9 Nova with 61-80 stats, advanced elixir on it, sockets applied → to a completely clean SOA item? Just for +1 difference? You probably wouldn't. That's how majority will think. Which proves → NOVA-SOA supply will not be inflated by ugprade system  it's only an optional method for those who want to use it.

4. Play-to-Win Case Update

Box system redesigned to better reflect effort-based rewards.
We brought BOX System into Silkroad 7 years ago, then removed it in the name of ''More PvE based'' meta - later to figure out Dungeons and Quests are becoming ''useless'' if there're no proper rewards in there. So now, we're activating a Play-to-Win case (like Diamond Boxes in the past) - with lower rate and limited amounts SOX still remains heavily drop based and partially quest/dungeon based so your quest/dungeon progress doesn't feel like no reward at all.

  • Added Play-to-Win Case to 2 PvE quests (Godsend & JobCase Hunting)

    1. JobCave (Sandman Mobkill) quest reward changed from Christmas Giftbox to Play-to-Win case.
Mobkill amount increased from 200 500 accordingly to reward boost.
Increased mob spawns in the room.
Added extra PvE coins in this quest.

    2. Removed 2% nova drop from last unique in Godsend Dungeon. Added Play-to-Win case to Godsend Dungeon quest.

  • Play-to-Win Case;
    Success Rate
5% (There'll be 1 SOX reward per 20 players completing the quest, limiting the total supply to avoid inflation).
Items: Nova 85% Ratio, SOA 15% Ratio.
  • Limit: 1 time/day.

5. Advanced Elixirs

Added Play-to-win progress on Advanced Elixir B Type. Details below.

  • Added 2 new tokens: Fragment A and Fragment B.
The only way to obtain those fragments is to complete 2 quests.
Fragment A. = Daily Hunting Quest
Fragment B. = Forgotten World Quest

    Keep completing these quests
farm fragments purchase Advanced Elixir B from Grinder's Shop.
Lazy for quests? You can bet in Magic Pop for Advanced Elixirs.
Too broke for Magic Pop? Farm Gold & PvE-PvP Coins and purchase them from Electus Shop.
Total of 3 ways to obtain Advanced Elixirs based on your own preference.

Advanced B Elixirs are one of the most valuable items in the game - and obviously it's not going to be like complete 2 quests → obtain Adv. B Elixir... It's more like a ''progressive'' way to farm fragments → Collect Adv. B. Elixirs for your set in the long run. No payments required. Just stay active → keep doing the quests.

6. World, Quest & Class Adjustments

Spawn Improvements

  • Ice Temple & Job Cave Sandman spawns improved (more mobs per point + faster respawn + better spread).

Map Cleanup

  • Removed monsters from Dead Ravine, Samarkand Gate, and Samarkand Amphitheater.

Cleric

  • Holy Spell buff duration increased to 60 minutes.

Others

  • Roc INT HP reduced by 25%.
  • Reduced Premium DMG Absorption from 15% to 10%.

7. Long-Awaited Electus Mobile App
ChatGPT Image Dec 18, 2025, 02_32_14 PM.png
I bet, this is going to be community's new favorite. A brand new mobile application. A loot better than the old app.
When it's coming out? In less than 1 week - I hope. Maintaining the server + weekly updates + progress on the application been rough but recently we've been focusing on it and it's completely done, only work left is to submit it to Google & App Store, which is a little dramatic and time-taking but it'll be there soon!

This new application will allow you;
- To see your character location, If your character is online, If server is online
- Chat with guildmates, Chat with active users on the application
- See your rankings (Elo, K/D, Silk, FreeSilk, Battle Pass status + more)
- All Discord announcements are visible on the app instantly.
- Activate alarms for selected events (If you activate for example Survival Solo alarm, you'll receive a mobile notifications 5 minutes in advance.)
- See all server rankings live
- Make alchemy (Quick app alchemy for fun → earn app points → use app points to play ''Free-Spin'' → earn silk, titles, exclusive visuals etc.

Thank you for the continued feedback and support.
This update is part of our long-term plan to keep Electus fair, rewarding, and competitive.
Now, let's dive into week 7!
