Suggestions?

Trying to start up the game for the first time but every time I do i get this error. I dont understand. It might be my anti virus software but I dont know.

Okay, So I beleve I fixed it. Basically all you do is just delete the file (temppath) and it fixes it. Not sure why but it works.
