100 Cap Skill Balance Feedback & Suggestions

1.Bladers are so weak in this server... damage against people and monsters are too low it has no chance to kill STR build as the maximum damage a soa+5 blade can deal is 7k with godsend skill to some1 with a bad set...

2.Holy spell of EU makes no chance for a CHN with force build as its resistance is too high which make EU doesn't get any debuff even if they got which is a very low chance they have a skill to remove it. so its not fair...
