Read this in Russian Read this in Spanish Read this in Romanian Read this in Hebrew Read this in German LAUNCHER HAS STOPPED WORKING -For all who are still facing some minor problems with their client/launcher/patcher kindly follow these guide -------- Step 1: Open Run (Start + R) Step 2: Write this command SystemPropertiesPerformance and press enter Step 3: Click on Data Execution Prevention (1) Step 4: Choose the second option Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select (2) Step 5: Click on Add (3) and add Replacer, Silkroad&SRO_Client from your Electus game folder. Step 6: Restart your computer and try to login again If you can’t choose the second option in the Data Execution Prevention tab like this picture: Follow these steps: Step 1: Open start and write CMD Step 2: Right click on your Command Promt and click on Run as Administrator Step 3:Copy and paste this commandbcdedit.exe /set {current} nx AlwaysOn and restart your pc and try again If you still can't select the second option in the DATA EXECUTION PREVENTION TAB, try this command instead bcdedit.exe /set {current} nx OptIn ad restart your pc If for some reason it's still not working try the first command bcedit.exe /set {current} nx AlwaysOn again and restart Do not try both commands together without restarting! STILL NOT WORKING??! -Make sure your graphic card driver is updated to the latest version and that your Windows is also updated with the latest update and try again. - The next fix depends on which of the 2 is not working, if it says that the LAUNCHER has stopped working then : STEP 1 : Right click on your launcher STEP 2 : Click on properties STEP 3 : Click on compatibility tab STEP 4 : Mark "Run this program in compatibility mode for" STEP 5 : Select WINDOWS 7 and press ok If it says : SRO_CLIENT has stopped working, then : STEP 1 : Right click on your sro_client.exe STEP 2 : Click on properties STEP 3 : Click on compatibility tab STEP 4 : Mark "Run this program in compatibility mode for" STEP 5 : select Windows 7 and press ok REMINDER : Do not put both LAUNCHER and SRO_CLIENT on compatibility mode for windows 7 together unless it's necessary because putting them both on windows 7 comp mode can make your sro client free and never open -------- CLIENT DISAPPEARED AFTER CLICKING PLAY Disable your firewall and antivirus. Step 1: Open Run (Start +R) Step 2: Type wf.mscand press enter| Step 3: Click on Windows Defender Firewall Properties (1) and change your Firewall state from On to Off Step 4: Do this for all 3 tabs (Domain Profile, Private Profile and Public Profile). --------- RESET ERROR D3DERR_INVALIDCALL Step 1: Check if your Direct X has any problems, this is automatically installed in every Windows 7+ Step 2: Open Run (Start + R) Step 3: Write dxdiag and press enter. Step 4: Click on the Display 1 tab and check what is causing the problem in the notes and fix it. - If it says “No problems found.” Head to step 5. Step 5: Check if the Device name of Display 1 and Display 2 are the same through the dxdiag. - Check your display adapters through your device manager Step 7: Open Run (Start + R) Step 8: Write devmgmt.msc and press enter. Step 9: Click on the > mark next to your display adapter and check if you have more than 1 display adapter. Step 10: Either disable the worst display adapter between the 2 of them or configure your best graphic to run the game through it instead of the other one -------- PATCHING HAS NOT FINISHED. Please try again [ERROR CODE(4)] Step 1: Go to your game folder and delete the temppath folder. Step 2: Open the launcher again and let it update. - If you still get the same error, make sure the drive that contains your game folder has enough empty space. -------- Data error cyclic redundancy – Winrar Step 1: Download 7zip from Step 2: Install the program Step 3: Extract the game with 7zip If you still get this error while extracting the game, redownload the game from one of the other links and make sure your internet doesn’t disconnect while downloading. Also don’t pause/resume the download as it may corrupt some files. ------- CLIENT DID NOT SEND HWID/ PC LIMIT ERROR First, give your PC a restart and try to login again. Second, make sure that your game folder contains the file Electus.dll and that it's not deleted by your antivirus. If it is deleted, disable your anti-virus or add an exception to the folder and re-extract Electus.dll to your folder. If it still doesn't work, change your computer name to a unique name by only using "ENGLISH" letters and numbers, avoid using Arabic/Turkish letters. STEP 1 : Open Run (START+R) STEP 2 : Write this command sysdm.cpl and press enter STEP 3 : Click on change... STEP 4 : Change your computer name to another name with English letters (and numbers if you want). STEP 5 : Click on and restart your PC STILL NOT WORKING??! Then you probably have 2 adapters enabled, you can fix it by doins this : STEP 1 : Open Run (START +R) STEP 2 : Type ncpa.cpl and press enter STEP 3 : Right click the adapter you don't use and click on disable STEP 4 : Try to login Electus again. ------ LAUNCHER HAS NO TEXT ERROR If you see this error, it means you are using an older version of our Electus client. To fix this problem, you need to download one of the new updated clients on our website > < PLEASE BE SURE THAT YOU FOLLOWED THE GUIDE ONE BY ONE AND TRY TOO UNDERSTAND EACH STEPS. Good luck!
