Skill Balance

• Celestial Ground Bicheon Force: 120% phy. Dmg Reduce to 80% (Bicheon - Buffed)
• Heaven Sword - Godsend: Cooldown from 8 seconds to 4 seconds (Bicheon Range Skill - Less Cooldown)
• Magic Arrow - Godsend: Level 5 Phy/Mag Damage Increase from 16% to 20% (INT BOW buffed)
• Cold Rain - Godsend: Level 3 Mag Attack Power from 1480-2470 to 1680-2470 and 295% to 300% (Nuke minimum damage increased, % dmg to default)
  PS: Cold-Light nuke original % is 300, fire is 330. So all nukes are default now. We're also reducing DMG Absorption % on premium from 13% to 10%)
• Lightning Strike - Godsend: Level 3 Mag Attack Power from 1480-2470 to 1680-2470 and 295% to 300% (Nuke minimum damage increased, % dmg to default)
• Force Cure - Meditation: Cooldown from 10 seconds to 13 seconds
• Bicheon New Skill: Cut Blade - Godsend: Lv 1: 1120 - 1199, Lv 2: 1220 - 1299, Lv 3 1270 - 1349  (Cooldown 5 seconds)
• Heuksal New Skill: Black Spear - Godsend
• Pacheon: New Skill: Resistance - Godsend - Lv 1: Phy def 88 Increase, Level 2: Phy def 122 Increase, Level 3: Phy def 144 Increase [400 INT REQUIREMENT]
• Cold New Skill: Cold Shot - Godsend - Lv 1: 1425 - 2275 (285%), Lv 2: 1525 - 2275 (285%), Lv 3: 1625 - 2275 (285%)
• Lightning New Skill: Lion Shout - Godsend
• Fire New Skill: Fire Wall - Godsend
• Force New Skill: Vital Spot - Godsend
• Added New Imbue to all masteries

General

• Fixed Medusa HP bar
• Changed Godsend Quest #2 Rewards from 10 Elixir to 20 Elixir each (daily)
• Added Silk Drop to the following uniques (Goes to item mall, split if in party)
  Tiger Girl: 20, Cerberus: 20, Captain Ivy: 20, Uruchi: 25, Isyutaru: 25, Lord Yarkan: 50, Demon Shaitan: 100
  With this change, literally every unique is now granting silk to players. Hunting small uniques with 8-8 party may not be as much beneficial.
• Nerfed Underground Unique HP by 25%
• Changed Survival Arena Top 5 to the following;
  1: Diamond Box, 1x plat, 2x Magic pop.
  2: Dungeon Gift Box, 1x plat BOX, 1x magic pop
  3: Dungeon Gift Box, 1x plat box
  4: 2x Plat Box, 1x magic pop
  5: 1x magic pop, 1x plat box
• Added Seal of Moon Weapon to NPC
  Activity Points: 2800 (Current is 9999 because its not available this week)
  Gold Coin: 5
  Iron Coin: 140
  Silver Coin: 140
  Copper Coin: 140
  Arena Coin: 350
  
  IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT SOM RELEASE
  1. Seal of Moon weapons are NOT released. We only set prices for people to know what are the required AP & Coins will be to obtain them when they are unlocked. Above prices may chance -/+ 15%.
• 2. There will be SOM Weapon release date poll on Discord in a few days, community will decide.
  3. When play to earn SOM weapons are released, they will be LOCKED for 1 week so players can fuse them.
  4. When SOM weapons are useable, SOM items will be released but they will be LOCKED for 1 week. That means, SOM release is not fast, but one after another, slowly.
  
   
• Achievements Rework
  All achievements with XP rewards are reworked. Now they will grant you most valuable weapon pink stones and coins (as you need them for play2earn som weapon)

• Premium Damage Absorption: 13% to 10%
• Added Scroll to remove all your avatar/hat/attachment blue to item mall, Expendables/others section
