Bow Build Needs To Be Balanced

Here’s what I think you should do to make Bowers stand alone on their own without the need of running most of the time to avoid dying at Wars or SA etc... 

- Passive buff that increases block rate by 4 or any block rate number you think is good enough.

-Increase the stun percentage on the Strong Bow skill because it’s the only stun in Peacheon.

- Another debuff other than bleed like Impotent.
