Hybrid 70:70 unplayable, Cold INT limits

Hello guys,

The thing is that hybrid 70:70 was very good build at cap 100. But if we made FB set + prem + GDF etc, our INT is about ~370. That hybrid really needs 45-50% MS. I dont know what is the point of so HIGH Int requirements. If u already made only CHN serv, let the people play all builds. Full STR build didnt get even 200 INT points, so why 400 int for 40% ms? Not fair Thank you, and i look forward to your reply.

P.S Its gonna be 80 cold/50 light/100 force/100pach build, or similar like 70-60cold/60-70light/100force/100pah. I really need that MS
