As planned, Seal of Star items are being released with this update.

• Originally, Seal of Alphard was planned and announced on Elitepvpers to arrive 1-3 weeks after the Seal of Star release.
• However, releasing Seal of Star first and adding Seal of Alphard shortly after would damage the Seal of Star market.
• Players who invest early into Seal of Star items would lose value too quickly once Seal of Alphard enters the game.
• To prevent that, both tiers are being released together, but Seal of Alphard supply will be controlled carefully.
